Bigfoot and why they use rocks
Bigfoot and rocks go together like peanut butter and jelly. These mystical beasts use stones or rocks for various purposes. Let's examine why rocks play an intricate role in the lives of the Sasquatch. First of all, Bigfoot likes to utilize rocks doing an activity known as "rock clacking." Rock clacking is used between Bigfeet and is a way for them to communicate or signal to each other more indiscriminately. Bigfoot also likes to wood knock. A Bigfoot will use a hard piece of wood much like a baseball bat and hit it against a tree. If a Bigfoot wants to say something to another its considered to them a way of communicating like we do with Morris Code. If a Bigfoot doesn't want to vocalize and yet wants to be able to signal to another Bigfoot, then this is by far the most common and easy way to do so between them. Bigfoot researchers recently discovered rock stacks high on a ridge in a remote part of Washington's Olympic Peninsula. These rocks had consistent scarring over the paired surface of the rocks which indicated that they were being used for rock clacking over a long period of time. This is consistent with Bigfoot and evidence that they are frequenters to the area.
Another type of rock use for Bigfoot is stacking stones or rocks in a vertical formation. The technical name for stone stacking is "rock cairns." Although humans have been doing this for decades it is thought that Bigfoot also stacks stones. Do they do it to mark their territory, offer as a gift, or something more like a religious sacrament of some kind? It has been shown and proven that chimpanzees do this as a type of ceremonial practice done at specific "sacred trees." Although used by humans and chimpanzees it is also clear that Bigfoot has picked up the skill as well and utilizes rocks cairns affectively. A location like this would be a great place to hide a trail cam and see what you can catch on film.
Another type of rock use for Bigfoot that is very common is rock throwing. Bigfoot throws rocks as a territory display to warn or scare off an intruder or an unassuming human that is unwelcome in his claimed territory. If you're deep in the woods and a hefty rock is thrown your way don't be surprised if Bigfoot is near by and signaling you to leave that area immediately. If I was you I'd take the hint and head back to your car. We believe Bigfoot means business and therefore heed the warning.
It has been proven that Bigfoot uses rocks for many different reasons and each of these uses has a purpose. Hopefully this information will help the average camper if he comes across a situation where it may come in handy. After all, Bigfoots have feelings too and understanding the psychology of Bigfoot and why he does what he does can help us all share our lands and Forests peacefully.
